✓Job Description
✓Based within a fast-paced manufacturing environment the successful applicant will have previous experience in production of high complexity assemblies using Juki and/or Europlacer machines.
✓Previous experience of all SMT assembly processes along with knowledge of IPC-610 quality standards would be an advantage.
✓Duties will include:
✓* The production of high complexity assemblies using Juki and Europlacer machines.
✓* Line configuration / set up.
✓* Kitting and Dekitting of surface mount machines.
✓* Machine operation and programming.
✓* Solder paste printing.
✓* Manual insertion of components.
✓* In process quality inspection.
✓* Rework.
✓Benefits:
✓This position offers 25 days holiday plus an extra day for each complete years service to a maximum of 30 days plus paid bank holidays, 5% employer and 4% employee pension scheme, free parking.
✓Shift Pattern:
✓4 Day Working Week – We are currently looking to move to a 4-day working week
