✓nGenium is currently partnered with an exciting developer of scientific instrumentation and monitoring devices
✓This global leading provider develops their own products as well external projects and so have an exciting opportunity to join their software engineering team in a technical support role with exciting plans for development and progression.
✓In this Technical Support role you can expect:
✓Diagnosing customer reported issues, primarily software.
✓Verifying reported issues.
✓Assisting in fault finding and fixing software issues.
✓In-house software testing.
✓Documentation of product features.
✓Writing of application notes and maintaining documentation.
✓This role also has progression routes in place to write software and scripts in the future.
✓A suitable Technical Support Engineer would need the following:
✓Good knowledge of IP Networks, DNS, DHCP
✓A good degree in any technical field
✓Use of command line interfaces
✓Basic computer architecture Knowledge
✓Working knowledge of Windows and Linux systems
✓Self-motivated and inquisitive nature
✓Excellent English
