✓A brilliant opportunity for an experienced Building Physics Engineer to join a multi-disciplinary consultancy and testing firm
✓The firm have been established for 20 years and work with architects, contractors, consultants and directly with clients.
✓To be considered for this Building Physics Engineer role you will have:
✓Degree or Master's in building physics or similar
✓Relevant experience in a similar role
✓Experience in IES VE building simulation software
✓Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
✓Experience in building physics specifically energy modelling and building simulation
✓Brilliant time management and organisational skills
✓Experience completing projects for Part L compliance, EPCs, CIBSE TM59/52 Overheating Analysis
✓Knowledge of Building Regulations, energy codes and planning requirements throughout the UK
✓Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
✓OCDEA, LCC or LCEA qualifications [Desirable]Working as a Building Physics Engineer you will:
✓Liaise with design team, statutory authorities, and contractors
✓Support with energy modelling and building simulation
✓Complete projects for Part L compliance, CIBSE TM59/52, EPCs, CIBSE TM54 Operational Energy
✓Assist with early design modelling looking at passive design measures
