Business Administration Apprentice

✓As well as the opportunity to undertake further development training ie NVQ.
✓The successful candidate will work alongside our Maintenance and Compliance Team and our Logistics/Shipping Co-ordinator gaining experience in all departments.
✓Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be trained to undertake the following duties:
✓Key responsibilities:-
✓* Assisting the Service/Maintenance and Compliance departments with admin tasks including preparation of documentation, record keeping and filing
✓* Assisting the Shipping department with administrative support
✓* General office duties
✓You will have an aspiration to work in a busy office and will possess good IT skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
✓You will have good communication skills and recognise the importance of exceptional customer service, both internally and externally
✓You will have good organisation and time- keeping skills as well as a high level of accuracy.
✓Hours of work are 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm
✓There may also be time away from the business for training.
