✓Resolute Recruitment are looking for a Business Analyst in the Transport sector
✓This role will act as the link between the data and transport sides of the business
✓This will require candidates to have a wealth of experience in transport operations with added exposure of using data to make business improvements.
✓Salary: £38,000 - £45,000
✓Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday 07:00 - 16:00 [APPROX]
✓*The correct candidate will also be able to work night shifts when required to observe this side of the business
✓Job role:
✓• Analyse business data and provide detailed reports and recommendations.
✓• Use provided data in order to recommend and implement changes to the transport operation.
✓• Optimise driver routing to increase efficiency across the transport operation.
✓• Ensuring actions are taken to speed up the issue resolution process
✓• Analyse general business processes to target cost saving & time saving efficiencies.
✓• Report to business management and recommend any changes.
✓• Monday to Friday Days, however the correct candidate must be prepared to work night shifts to look at this area of the business on occasion
✓What we are looking for:
✓• A proven background in data analytics & supplying detailed reports and recommendations
✓• A proven background in transport/transport planning/management.
✓• Strong communication skills
✓• Flexibility to work nights on the rare occasion
