Business Development Executive
Description✓Business Development Executive - requiered for our client based in Welwyn Garden City
✓The Business Development Executive will be working for a well-known company within the construction Scaffolding and access industry.
✓The Business Development Executive will spend 90% of their time on the phone so must be confident in speaking with clients new and existing and be Pro-active and self-motivated
✓The company in turn will offer expert training and development working alongside the established growing team.
✓The Business Development Executive will have some knowledge of sales or experience within a similar role within the construction sector
✓The Business Development Executive will liaise suppliers, select suppliers from the approved suppliers list, issue enquiries and orders and liaise closely with various key stakeholders.
✓Business Development Executive Position Overview
✓Responsible for securing new business across the business
✓Converting / securing priced tenders
✓Building long term relationships with new and existing customers
✓Negotiate tender prices with assistance of estimating team
✓Maintain / update CRM database in line with current tenders and future work
✓Following up new leads, existing enquiries and tenders submitted
✓Actively demonstrate leadership throughout the sales cycle and during the closing process
✓Attend Supply chain meetings
✓Business Development Executive Position Requirements
✓Construction Sales experience
✓Strong IT skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
✓Experience working on a CRM system
✓Excellent Phone skills Proven track record of business growth in a previous role
✓Experience working with Blue Chip companies
✓Business Development Executive Position Remuneration
✓Salary up to £48k DOE
✓Hours: 8:00 - 17:00 Monday to Friday
