Premier Recruitment are working with our prestigious client based in the midlands
Due to an influx of new business
Our client, are looking to expand their team and recruit a permanent Account Manager/ BDE to support the company in the Midlands region.
You will have sound knowledge of engineering practices, or the ability to be a quick learner within the sector.
You will be tasked with handling current ongoing accounts and also look to bring in new business by researching and developing potential new clients.
Job role
* Building and maintaining strong relationships
* Upselling services to current clients
* Lead generation
* Setting your own appointments
* Using our CRM management system
* Quote generation
* Tender submissions
* Customer meetings
* Delivering PowerPoint presentations
* You will be able to communicate on all levels with prospective customers and colleagues.
* Ideally, you will have a minimum of 2 years of previous experience working within an Engineering sales environment
* You should have a positive attitude and be determined and resilient, with a keen eye for attention to detail.
* You will be able to collate the correct information from a customer/prospect in order to ensure that you propose a solution that fulfils their needs.
This role is a full - time permanent position and candidates will be requested to attend an interview process for this role
Salary - £25,000 - £35,000 Per annum plus bonus
Working days – Monday – Friday
