CAD Programmer
Description✓Absolute Industrial Recruitment are seeking a skilled CAD CAM Programmer who is proficient in Radan, Solidworks, and Boost [Trumpf Software] to join our clients based in Wolverhampton.
✓The CAD CAM Programmer will be responsible for programming jobs from construction/manufacture drawings, and ensuring the efficient and accurate production of high-quality materials.
✓Key Responsibilities:
✓* Use Radan, Solidworks, and Boost [Trumpf Software] to create CNC programs for efficient production
✓* Program jobs from construction/manufacture drawings, ensuring that all specifications and tolerances are met.
✓* Optimize programs to improve efficiency, reduce production time, and minimize waste.
✓* Collaborate with the production team to ensure that the programs are accurate and effective.
✓* Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the production process, and make necessary adjustments to the programs.
✓* Maintain accurate documentation of all programming activities.
✓* Stay up-to-date with the latest technology and software updates.
✓Qualifications and Skills:
✓* High level of proficiency in Radan, Solidworks, and Boost [Trumpf Software].
✓* Strong knowledge of CNC programming and machining processes.
✓* Experience working with construction/manufacture drawings.
✓* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
✓* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
✓* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
✓* Good communication skills.
✓This is a full-time position with a salary range of £28,000 to £33,000 per annum, depending on experience
