✓CAD Designer
✓£25,000K – £28,000K per annum

✓Our client an established stairlift manufacturer is looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, creative, CAD Designer to join their team.
✓Using ‘Solidworks’ software The CAD Designer will primarily support the manufacturing process through the creation of high quality, initial and production drawings, working closely with the Sales and Production departments.
✓.
✓Candidates must be conscientious about the work they produce and possess good attention to detail, have 3 years minimum experience working in a CAD Design environment
✓Experience within the stairlift industry would be an advantage although not essential.
✓Duties & Responsibilities
✓Ability to interpret survey data to create an accurate CAD model.
✓Develop custom drawings for a high standard rail with optimum fit.
✓Create and develop fully detailed drawings for both customer and Production use, ensuring the drawings and specification sheets are accurate to dimensions.
✓Ensure that safety and environmental compliance is adhered too within the design.
✓Skills/Qualifications
✓Minimum of 3+ years’ experience in 3D CAD Design, with experience of using ‘Solidworks’ software essential.
✓A recognised qualification in CAD design.
✓Must be able to communicate effectively as part of a team.
✓Ability to adapt and able to work under pressure
