Description✓Job role: CNC Operator
✓Salary: £25,000-£30,000 DOE
✓Location: Coventry, Warwickshire
✓Hours: 7:30 to 16:30 Monday to Thursday, 7:30 to 13:00 Friday
✓Job Type: Full Time, Permanent
✓Holiday: 28 days including Bank Holidays
✓Overtime: Time 1/2

✓Interaction have partnered with a well-established manufacturer of custom gears based in Wellingborough
✓Our client has been in the industry for over 40 years and utilises CNC Turning, Milling, Wire and Spark Eroding, Grinding and Keying
✓The Role:
✓· You will set and operate Hurco CNC Turning and Milling machinery
✓· You will produce small, complex batches of components to quality standards and tight tolerances
✓· You will use Wire and Spark eroding machinery
✓· You will be gear hobbing and shaping
✓· Cylindrical/surface grinding will be part of this role
✓· You will join the busy Manufacturing team and be extremely important to the running of the team
✓· Training will be provided on everything
✓The Requirements:
✓· Previous experience within CNC machining [essential]
✓· Apprentice Trained [advantageous]
✓· Experience using Hurco machinery [advantageous]
✓· High attention to detail and able to work to tight tolerances
✓· Self-motivated
✓The Benefits:
