Control System Design Engineer
Description✓We have a great opportunity for a control design engineer based in Sheffield, this is a permanent opportunity to work for our client, a bespoke engineering company who specialise in electrical control systems.
✓Your role will involve the hardware deign of control systems including PLC's, sensors, safety circuits and VSD's
✓You will be working with the client to deliver on bespoke specifications, this will include calculating electrical cable sizing and power loads, generating electrical schematic and GA drawings using AutoCad Electrical package
✓You will be producing technical documentation such as bills of materials and FAT documents.
✓In return you will receive a generous salary and package including 33 days holiday, life insurance and a defined training and development plan
✓You will be a key member of the E, C & I design team and will be part of a well-established and growing company.
✓Ideally you will have previous experience with the hardware design of electrical control systems and the generation of required design documentation and be able to commute to Sheffield
✓Due to the nature of the role and the industries supplied candidates will undergo security clearance.
