✓I am currently recruiting for a temp maintenance electrician based in Birmingham
✓You will have your city and guilds, nvq or equivalent with a proven track record in commercial maintenance.
✓Sector: Office Maintenance
✓Duties will include all ppm and reactive maintenance on lighting, single and 3 phase, lighting, sockets and data points, emergency lighting test, fire alarm, faulting finding, basic ppm's on plant and other equipment and maintenance duties.
✓Hours are 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
✓Rate 20-22p/h depending on experience.
