Dual Fuel Smart Meter Installer
Description✓MPAAS are looking to recruit experienced Dual Fuel Smart Meter engineers to work on behalf of the of the big six energy suppliers.
✓Regarding the below, if you take into consideration your basic salary of £35,500, London Weighting of £4,000 the Health & Safety Bonus of £500 per quarter and Attendance Bonus of £300 per month, you will be earning up to £45,100 prior to earning any meter fitting bonus
✓On top of that your OTE with fitting bonus is as follows:
✓* 3 Duals - £50,000
✓* 3.5 Duals - £54,600
✓* 4 Duals - £59,200
✓The full breakdown of the package on offer here at MPAAS is as follows:
✓* Salary: £39,500 [This includes your basic of £35,500 + £4,000 London Weighting Payment]
✓* Daily Meter Fitting Bonus Structure: £20 per meter after the 5th meter
✓[Eg – 3 Duals = £20, 4 Duals = £60]
✓* Attendance Bonus: £300 per month – You will receive this payment every month that you are in work without any absence [Apart from pre-booked annual leave].
✓* Health & Safety Bonus – £2,000 Health & Safety bonus
✓This will be paid £500 per quarter.
✓* Upskilling: Already have upskilled a large number of engineers to 3 phase.
✓* Promotion Opportunities: Around 75% of the Field Management & Auditing Team have been promoted from within.
✓* On-Call: There is no mandatory On-Call but an option to go onto On-Call if you wish.
✓* Working Hours: Monday-Friday 42.5 hours per week 8am-5.30pm [1 hour for lunch]
✓* Holidays: 23 days + 8 bank holidays Plus 1 Incremental service day, up to a maximum of 25 days annual leave
✓* Holiday Buy & Sell Scheme: You will be offered the option to either buy up to 5 extra days annual leave [buy 4 get 1 free!], or sell a portion of your untaken annual holiday entitlement that is over the Statutory minimum of 20 days.
