Description✓Connect Appointments have a new opportunity for an Electrical Fitter to join our Sunderland based client, on a full-time temporary basis.

✓And more!Working as an Electrical Fitter your duties and responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
✓Observing and working to deadlines, regulations and quality standards
✓Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
✓Assembling of electrical components and junction boxes, observing drawing specifications
✓Wiring of electrical components, harness, cables, junction boxes and switch cabinets
✓Cutting and pre-assembly of cables; plus, pre-assembly and final wiring of cabinsTo be successful in this role, you will ideally have the following skills, traits, and qualifications:
✓A minimum Level 3 NVQ or equivalent in electrical engineering
✓Be comfortable working on your own and as part of a team
✓Be comfortable and competent working at heights
✓Be willing to learn new skills and work using your own initiatives
✓Previous overhead crane operator/slinging experience - or willing to learn
