Electrical Maintenance Engineer
Description✓Our client, an industry leading precision engineering company are actively recruiting for 2 Electrical Maintenance Engineers
✓Working out of their HQ in Leicester on a permanent rotating weekly shift pattern.
✓Job Title: Electrical Engineer
✓Location: Leicester
✓Salary: £34,000
✓Hours: double shift 6 till 2 & 2 till 10 rotating weekly
✓Day to Day Duties:
✓• Provide electrical maintenance to a wide range of CNC and specialist machinery
✓• Electrical repairs to motors, control panels, wiring, relays, contactors, switches and bulbs
✓• Manage and resolve reactive breakdown repairs, reducing machine downtimes to a minimum
✓• As required carry out major refurbishment of plant, equipment and machinery
✓• PLC fault finding and interrogation
✓• Investigate reported faults, identify the cause and decide the necessary course of action to rectify the fault
✓• Planned preventative maintenance
✓• Comply with legal requirements and to work within Company health and safety guidelines
✓• Candidate will be expected to work across both sites in Leicester
✓Job Requirements:
✓• HNC or equivalent in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering 18th Edition
✓• Minimum 3 years experience in an Engineering environment which includes experience of fault-finding and repairing CNC multi-axis machines
✓• Conversant with Fanuc & Siemens controls
✓• Conversant with present and emerging technology, up to date knowledge of equipment and techniques
✓Manufacturing Workforce are responsible for placing skilled and in demand people on both a permanent and contract basis into the Engineering, Technical and Manufacturing sectors, from skilled Shop Floor Personnel and Specialist Engineers to Supervisory and Management positions
