Electrical Technician - Cumbernauld
Description✓What Are We Looking For
✓RSE’s Operational & Maintenance [O&M] division is looking for Electrical Technicians to join our business on a full-time, permanent basis in Muir of Ord and Cumbernauld
✓As our business continues to go from strength to strength, the O&M team’s ambitious growth plans mean we are recruiting a number of positions within the department.
✓The O&M team deliver small to medium multi-discipline projects on the repair, replacement, design and installation of equipment and plant systems for Utility services [Water and Power]
✓The team additionally services clients within the Transport, Food & Beverage, and Oil & Gas industries throughout Scotland, including the Northern and Western Isles.
✓Some of Your Key Duties Include:
✓Support Engineers with site visits and updates.
✓Conduct surveys and ensure appropriate work is scheduled.
✓Take responsibility for electrical deliverables.
✓Completing contract works information documents.
✓Produce risk assessments and method statements.
✓Manage quality, environmental, and health and safety matters on allocated projects.
✓What Do You Need?
✓Ideally qualified to HNC/HND level in Electrical Engineering
✓An understanding of electrical regulations and principles.
✓Experience within the water or other technically complex industries.
✓Knowledge of British Standards.
✓Excellent decision-making skills.
✓Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
