Field Service Engineer - Coffee
Description✓This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading name within the coffee/espresso machine industry
✓Our clients are a market leader in the manufacture of professional coffee machines, and due to large growth, they are looking to drive a best in class level of service and increase their field engineer base
✓They are seeking a positive and enthusiastic Coffee Field Service Engineer to join their team.
✓Main duties and responsibilities:
✓* Install, commission and set up the commercial coffee equipment
✓* Perform pre-planned preventative maintenance services
✓* Attend re-active break down and repair call outs
✓* Operator training [e.g
✓operation and cleaning of coffee equipment]
✓* Self-sufficient management of spare parts stock holding in service van
✓* To manage and supply timely paperwork, including full completion of service reports [with photos if required]
✓* To support colleagues and engage pro-actively with all areas of the business
✓* Monday - Friday and 1 in 4 weekends working on call
✓Package:
✓* Salary up to £30,000 dependent upon experience.
✓* Full training supplied then joining the 1-4 weekend rota once signed off
✓* Weekly overtime rate is £22:50 per hour after 47.5 hours [explained below]
✓* Weekend overtime rate is £22:50 per hr
✓* Bank holiday overtime rate is £30 per hr plus an additional £50 standby
✓* 40 hours standard working week plus 2.5 hours per week unpaid lunch break
✓Plus 5 hours travelling time paid at £10 per hour
✓* Non-Contributory company pension scheme [company pays 9%]
✓* Annual bonus scheme
