✓Due to exciting expansion plans and the extension of long term nationwide contracts, Nicholas Associates [Engineering and Technical] are recruiting for a Field Service Engineer for our client, a market leader manufacturer within the Food and Beverage equipment industry.
✓Key Responsibilities
✓Diverse range of duties including installation, commissioning, maintenance and fault finding.
✓Covering the Oxford area with autonomy in organising your own diary.
✓Mechanical and electrical multi-skilled duties range from hydraulics to plc’s.
✓Acting as the face of the company in a client facing role, building and strengthening relationships.
✓Required Skills and Experience
✓Experience working within an autonomous field based customer focussed role
✓Multi skilled with the ability to utilise knowledge on both mechanical and electrical applications
✓Ideally a mixture of experience on a selection of pneumatics, hydraulics, plc’s, 3 phase electrics, motors, schematics reading within the food and beverage or fmcg industries.
✓Flexibility with hours and of work and a strong customer focus.
✓Excellent communication
✓Engineering qualifications via apprenticeships or NVQ, C&G, HNC etc.
