Field Service Engineer
Description✓Salary: €2500 - €3800 per month [+100% paid travel hours]
✓Location: Rotterdam/Dordrecht [Netherlands]

✓As a Field Service Engineer, you can expect a wide range of diverse tasks - from planned maintenance and service to solving complex tasks that challenge you as a professional and in different industrial environments.
✓Responsibilities:
✓As a field service engineer you work according to schedule directly from home at different customers in your own regional clientele.
✓You are responsible for performing periodic inspections, maintenance, repairs and modernizations on various types and brands of cranes and the electronic reporting thereof.
✓After each inspection, you provide personal feedback to the customer about the deficiencies and risks found.
✓You also consult with customers about repair and safety-related problems and answer possible questions.
✓You resolve equipment malfunctions.
✓You are a very important link in the relationship with our customers and you ensure optimal service.
✓As a field service engineer you have a varied job with great responsibility regarding the safety and continuity of the cranes entrusted to you
✓Requirements:
✓Have MBO working and thinking level, electrical, mechanical or mechanical engineering background.
✓Have experience in an industrial environment.
✓Have a driving license.
✓Have a service and customer-oriented attitude.
✓You are creative and solution-oriented
✓You have a positive attitude, a "can do" mentality and commercial drive.
✓Enjoy working independently as well as in a team.
✓You have a good command of the Dutch or/and English
✓You are focused on health and safety and know the risks of working at height.
✓Are in possession of the VCA-certificate or you are willing to get this
