What you will be doing...
Provide a technical service to customers, including installation, maintenance and repair of their printing equipment

Deliver a first-class customer experience

Manage and control of your own vehicle and stocks, to improve first-time fix to customers
You will ideally have...
Good knowledge & experience of printers – knowledge of Ricoh is not essential, but you will have worked in a similar position, repairing printing equipment

You will have the desire and attitude for personal development – this role will allow you to be up-skilled [if necessary] into production printer repairs

Proven fault-finding techniques

IT literacy

Excellent Interpersonal and customer handling skills
