✓What you will be doing...
✓Provide a technical service to customers, including installation, maintenance and repair of their printing equipment
✓
✓Deliver a first-class customer experience
✓
✓Manage and control of your own vehicle and stocks, to improve first-time fix to customers
✓You will ideally have...
✓Good knowledge & experience of printers – knowledge of Ricoh is not essential, but you will have worked in a similar position, repairing printing equipment
✓
✓You will have the desire and attitude for personal development – this role will allow you to be up-skilled [if necessary] into production printer repairs
✓
✓Mechanically-minded
✓
✓Proven fault-finding techniques
✓
✓IT literacy
✓
✓Excellent Interpersonal and customer handling skills
