Hvac Engineer
Description✓HVAC Engineer – TXM Recruit are currently recruiting for an AC biased HVAC Engineer to work for one of the UKs largest and leading FM companies supporting them on a supermarket contract around Sheffield..
✓As a HVAC Engineer you’ll be working mobile across dedicated sites as the client’s first point of call for PPM and reactive M&E and other general building services maintenance
✓Major tasks will include planned repairs and fault finding on AC units across the site and minor tasks could include emergency light testing, fire alarms, lamp changes, basic plumbing, and fabric work.
✓The L1 salary for this role is £33,780 The L2 Salary is £38,846 per annum - Regular OT available.
✓Monday – Friday working 45 hour weeks
✓There will also be 1 in 4 weeks on call.
✓* 18th or F-GAS + HVAC/AC Experince REQUIRED.
