✓We are looking for a highly experienced installation engineer who has a vast knowledge of installing and working on refrigeration, and air conditioning systems, such as freezers, chillers, VRF/VRV and split systems for our blue-chip commercial clients such as NHS, Universities, hospitality, restaurant outlets, hotels, commercial offices, and leisure.
✓Role Responsibility
✓Installation
✓* Highly experienced and time served to install and working on a wide variety of commercial refrigeration, and air conditioning VRF/VRV and split systems.
✓* Highly experienced working on a wide variety of centralised controllers, control panels and refrigeration controls/ electrical circuits.
✓* Commission of large VRF/VRV AND split air conditioning systems.
✓* Able to read drawings and schematics.
✓* Effectively diagnose, identify faults and failures with equipment and systems, providing effective solutions
✓* Liaise closely with the projects department and company directors on a day to day basis.
✓* Coordinate and control installations on site.
✓* Where required liaise closely with the client to maintain excellent stakeholder relationships
✓* Work in a safe and controlled manor following all necessary internal health & safety processes and client specific site requirements.
✓* Take part in the on-call rota to support the business achieve its 24/7/365 response [this is currently 1 in 7]
✓The Ideal Candidate
✓* A highly experienced Refrigeration & Air conditioning engineer, with a minimum NVQ Level 2 qualification in Refrigeration & Air conditioning, you will need to be F-Gas/EN 378 compliant
✓* A high level of interpersonal skills -good written and verbal communication skills with the ability to write reports.
✓* High quality workmanship and pride in work is a MUST.
✓* You will be confident in your own ability
✓* You will be flexible to assist with call-out rota, and if required out of normal working hours service.
✓* You will be flexible and open to work on all types of mechanical systems where required.
✓* Strong problem-solving skills, you will have a "can do" attitude
✓* Ideally you will have good electrical competence including the ability to read wiring schematics and test control circuits
✓* Full Driving licence
