Learning And Development Apprentice
Description✓This is an opportunity to study learning and development, how to create content for training and get an insight into what Technical training is.
✓Working with a great team your apprenticeship will be across a three-year period, and your learning will be supported by an accredited college but distance learning for flexibility
✓You will actively be involved in the day-to-day duties of the technical training team.
✓Your apprenticeship will help you build skills in designing and creating content for our training programs for our Learning management systems.
✓Main Responsibilities
✓* Completing education plan
✓* Creating technical training content
✓* working with the Technical Training team to understand the requirements
✓* A key user of the learning management system
✓* Supporting technical training team with administrative duties
✓* preparing supporting documentation for training
✓* Actively driving your education
✓About You
✓You will be driven and passionate about Learning and development, and you may have an interest in the world of engineering.
✓You will enjoy being creative, but able to follow instructions and work both independently and as part of the team.
✓You will be an excellent communicator
✓You will own your development.
✓Ideally, you will have good computer skills and some experience using packages like Adobe.
✓You will need GCSEs of grade 4 and above for English and Maths.
