✓CBW has a new opportunity for a maintenance engineer to join a leading FM company on a temporary basis
✓This is covering a static site based in Blackburn
✓You should have a relevant building maintenance experience and will be carrying out duties such as tiling, lock changing and general maintenance duties
✓No qualifications are required for this role only relevant experience

✓Contract Length/Hours/Pay
✓8-5 Mon-Fri Running till 4th of August
✓£16PHKey responsibilities:
✓Carpentry – hanging doors, new locks, architrave, window frames, boxing in, assembling furniture
✓Lighting [Lamping, etc]
✓Painting & Decorating
✓Plumbing, Carpentry, Painting etc
✓Tap temp checks/Hanging fixtures
✓Maintain and update Log books
