✓Salary: £32,000 – 37,000 [+ overtime]
✓Shifts: 6-2 / 2-10 / 10-6

✓The business is firmly established having opened its doors in the late 1800’s and prides itself on their industry knowledge, ever adapting to the changing market
✓A fast-expanding business where their attitude to a providing a quality product and service is second-to-none, and is reflected throughout the culture of the business in how they strive to perfect processes and standards across the organisation.
✓Currently recruiting multiple engineers to accommodate for their growth plan
✓The engineering team is responsible for supporting CapEx installations projects & regular PPM’s, alongside reactive maintenance work
✓Their manufacturing site has seen significant upgrades and improvements to machinery & electrical systems over recent years.
✓The Role:
✓Responsibilities of a Maintenance Engineer within the organisation include:
✓General reactive maintenance to process equipment e.g
✓automation, ovens, fillers, vessels, boilers, pumps, packaging.
✓Mechanical/Electrical machine interrogation & troubleshooting.
✓Fault-finding & modifications to PLC’s, Allen Bradley knowledge as a preference.
✓Planned preventative maintenance conducted to schedule to optimise machinery performance
✓PPM’s conducted on a regular basis.
✓Involvement in CapEx installation projects, mechanical/electrical machine installations.
✓General site organisation – job records, spares usage, improvement planning
✓Qualifications:
✓C&G level 3, HNC/HND, time-served advanced apprentice, higher education.
✓All considered
