✓The Job
✓We currently have a job for a Manufacturing Engineer in Derbyshire
✓The purpose of the role will be to assist production by improving efficiencies, creating new processes, and troubleshooting bottlenecks
✓Using Engineering processes and methodologies in areas of manufacturing including sheet metal, machining [turning and milling],Heat Treat and Press processes.
✓The Person
✓The ideal candidate will ideally have RR process understanding, although a knowledge of similar manufacturing methodologies / companies would be fine
✓They will have RCCA knowledge
✓The ability to work with teams to understand what went wrong and how we go about implementing robust methods to improve [non-conformance analysis] is essential to the role
✓Must be able to create and raise concession paperwork, including RFI [request for Information] that may be requested from the customer.The ability to generate and amend shopfloor routings, BOM generation and maintenance
✓Finally an understanding of at least a couple of processes from sheet metal, machining [turning and milling],Heat Treat and Press is required
✓Any Inventor or EdgeCAM knowledge is also desirable
