Mechanical Engineer
Description✓Are you a Mechanical Engineer with prior experience building/assembling machinery? My brilliant and well-respected client is looking for a Mechanical Engineer to join their vibrant business, the ideal candidate will have around 3-5 years’ experience in a similar manufacturing environment and the ability to read and work from drawings
✓A strong knowledge of pneumatic & hydraulic systems, experience with the assembly and sub-assembly of mechanical parts, and the ability to be flexible with regards to travelling abroad when needed would also be ideal

✓Job Description
✓Support design, electrical and maintenance engineers by attending machine breakdowns.
✓Post-build testing of completed machinery and subsections of machinery.
✓Working from drawings you will be required to assemble precision bearings and work with fits & limits in a range of applications.
✓Be very flexible as you are also required to cover general machine maintenance around the site.

✓Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
✓Holder of a form of mechanical qualification [BTEC and/or NVQ3 for example]
✓Strong mechanical fitting/assembly experience
✓Able to interpret mechanical engineering drawings
✓Prior machine build experience, along with a background of the assembly and sub-assembly of mechanical parts
