✓Waltham on the Wolds
✓£37,000 per annum plus call out and overtime
✓Static role for a mechanical/HVAC bias engineer to join a large on site maintenance team
✓This role will suit an individual who lives local to site, who is looking for a stable role in the world of facilities maintenance, working in a settled team that works hard together to provide a first class on site maintenance service.
✓Working on various aspects of mechanical and HVAC building services plant, including air conditioning systems, fan coil units, air handling units and BMS monitoring. Duties will also include carrying out various non specialist electrical and building fabric maintenance tasks.
✓You will hold a formal trade qualification [city and Guilds or NVQ], in mechanical engineering, and/or an air conditioning qualification, with demonstrable experience in commercial maintenance work.
✓On offer is a permanent position paying a basic salary of £37,000 per annum, working 40 hours per week Monday - Friday
