Description✓Air Conditioning Engineer - Mobile
✓Manchester
✓£34500 + vehicle + 4% bonus + extensive benefits package

✓A rapidly growing facilities management company, working on a high-profile commercial contract
✓Your new role
✓Working in a mobile role you will cover commercial sites around Manchester
✓Service, maintenance, fault finding & repair on a range of Air Conditioning equipment including Splits, Multi Splits, VRVs and VRFs, tasks could also include AC maintenance, fire alarms, basic plumbing, fabric work and more.
✓You'll enjoy working autonomously, where you will be responsible for delivering planned and preventative maintenance, fault finding and repair work
✓Ideally, you will have the ability to confidently carry out a range of other mechanical tasks as well.
✓General building services duties as and when required
✓What you'll need to succeed
✓We are keen to speak to Engineers who are F Gas Category 1 qualified with a strong maintenance background.
✓Electrical qualifications are highly beneficial although not essential
✓Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships
