✓£38,000 + Van, Fuel Card, Door to Door, Tools, Uniform, Phone, 25 Days Holiday + 8 BH

✓* One of the largest Facilities Management & Technical Services provider.
✓Your new role
✓* Working in a mobile role, Mon - Fri, 40-hour week, paid door to door travel.
✓* You will be covering a portfolio of sites in and around Swindon, Bath and Bristol.
✓* Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance duties
✓You will be working with a range of building service appliances.
✓* Emergency light testing, fire alarm testing, light replacements, wiring, socket changes, filter changes on AHU's, basic plumbing, temp checks, minor repairs, fault finding and any other general building service maintenance duties.
✓What you'll need to succeed
✓* The ideal candidate will hold either electrical or mechanical qualifications ideally.
✓* Experience in a facilities maintenance / building service role is highly beneficial.
✓* Can do attitude, willing to be flexible.
