✓Our client, a leading global medical device company is seeking a Mobility Specialist [Wheelchairs] to join their team
✓They are dedicated to delivering innovative solutions for individuals with reduced mobility, supporting their journey towards improved health and well-being.
✓The Role:
✓You will be responsible for the preparation, installation, and maintenance of specialist wheelchairs
✓Primarily, you will be supporting a prestigious private hospital in London from our client's recently opened facility.
✓Responsibilities:
✓Deliver and maintain wheelchairs in excellent condition.
✓Provide technical information, advice, and assistance regarding wheelchairs.
✓Adhere to manufacturers' guidelines for equipment maintenance.
✓Accurately record and communicate all task-related information.
✓Prioritise safety and exhibit a proactive approach to Health & Safety and environmental matters.
✓Cultivate strong professional relationships with customers and carers, offering solutions-oriented support.
✓Adapt and adopt new working methods and technologies introduced by the company, undergoing training as required.
✓Requirements:
✓Previous experience in a medical device environment is advantageous.
✓Experience in a mechanical or electrical environment is preferred.
✓Awareness of health and safety practices in a technical setting, including manual handling requirements.
✓Proficiency in IT skills, including Outlook, PDA/Smartphone, and ERP systems [SAGE 200].
✓Knowledge of UDI/Barcoding and other traceability systems.
✓Possession of a valid driving license [maximum 6 points].
