✓Up to £43,000
✓Northampton/Leicester area
✓MC Technical Recruitment is currently looking to recruit an O&M Engineer to work with an energy solutions provider who design, build, operate and maintain centralised and efficient low carbon energy projects.
✓As the O&M Engineer you will be responsible for:
✓Travelling to various sites across Northampton and Leicester to carry out planned and reactive maintenance of steam and biomass boilers, heat pumps, CHP’s, HIU’s
✓Provide a 24/7 service across multiple sites via a call-out rota
✓Providing servicing for conventional gas fired and biomass boilers
✓Complying with company health and safety policies
✓Supervise sub-contractors and junior members of staff
✓Other duties as required
✓To be considered for this role you should have:
✓A relevant engineering qualification [ideally level 3 or above] in Mechanical/Electrical or a related discipline
✓Proven experience working with boilers/hot water systems or other high pressure steam equipment
✓BOAS qualification or equivalent is advantageous
✓Experience working with permit to work systems and safe operating procedures
✓A full UK driving licence is essential for this role
