Part I Architectural Assistant
Description✓Part 1 Architectural to join a busy and personable team, this position is paying an annual salary £37,000 DOE
✓Working hours are Monday - Friday 9 - 6 pm.
✓Duties:
✓Produce detailed workings, drawings and specifications
✓Assess the needs of the building and its users and advise the client on the practicality of their project
✓Assist with preparation and design proposals specifically using computer-aided design [CAD] and other design software
✓Liaise with appropriate authorities [e.g
✓planning enquiries and building inspectors] when producing documentation for statutory approval
✓Assist in the appraisal of the performance of designs which are in use and produce maintenance management information
✓Benefits:
