✓We are currently looking for Powder Coaters to join their friendly team!
✓The ideal candidate will have the following [but not all are essential as full training will be given to the successful candidate]:
✓* Follow all principles and practices of powder coating application
✓* You will be expected to coat continuously throughout your shift / depending on coating schedules
✓* Ensure parts are in a suitable condition for painting – free from contamination and debris and substrate defects [all parts must be blown thoroughly immediately before coating]
✓* Never deviate from the coating method/technique laid down by your foreman or chargehand and as stated in the works instructions
✓* Follow all works instructions and keep accurate records
✓* Ensure safety guidelines are being met to ensure a safe working environment
✓* Proper cleaning and maintenance of equipment
✓* You are solely responsible for the quality of your work
✓Any issues must be reported immediately and you must stop coating until QC allow you to continue
✓The ideal candidate will be willing to provide the company with a test spray to show their skills and attributes
✓You will be honest, respectful and trustworthy and along with this, possess cultural awareness and sensitivity Show more →
