✓£30,000 - £35,000 per annum
✓Permanent Position
✓Working with customers to understand their specific technical requirements and ensuring that our range of products meets their needs.
✓Working internally with Product Development and Management teams to update all supporting documents for current products and creating new ones for product launch
✓
✓Develop strong and committed relationships with consultants and designers to influence specification of Products into their designs. To include client visits.
✓Be able to highlight the features and benefits of each of the products required to the specifier and, explain how each of the products works in relation to meet related guidelines and legislation requirements.
✓Work closely with specifiers to design bespoke solutions for their requirements which make it difficult to be challenged by competitors.
✓Produce detailed design technical proposals for Products.
✓Approval of orders, including technical checks to ensure the correct unit is manufactured to specification. To include visits to both manufacturers and contractor sites.
✓Development of documentation to support the positioning of products in terms of current guidelines and legislation.
✓Requirements:
✓
✓Engineering Qualification [HND or greater]
✓Previous engineering experience
✓Ability to use the Microsoft Office suite
✓AutoCAD / Inventor / SolidWorks experience, able to modify existing drawings
✓Ability to use and understand the key features of Autodesk Inventor
✓Concise, conscientious, organised with good writing skills
✓Good communication & interpersonal skills
✓Ability to work in a team as well as on own initiative
✓Highly organised with attention to detail
✓Ability to travel on occasions to meet clients, site visits and trade shows
