Technical Sales Engineer
Description✓ROLE: Southern UK and Export Sales Manager [Technical Sales Engineer]
✓LOCATION: Camberley, Surrey
✓HOURS OF WORK: Monday - Friday [40 hour week]
✓BASIC SALARY: £40,00 [realistic OTE £70,000 per annum]

✓Our client is seeking a Southern UK and export sales manager to join their organisation based in Camberley, Surrey on a permanent basis
✓The position will involve extensive travel around the southern area of the UK together with occasional visits abroad
✓a successful sales manager will meet clients to discuss designs, manufacturing and installing integrated solutions to reliably handle your dry waste and dust extraction
✓Our products automatically remove waste and dust quickly, efficiently and in total safety, helping to improve productivity, reduce costs and maximise the value of waste.
✓Duties Include:
✓Picking up a new enquiry for a Dry Waste removal system either from an existing customer or a new prospective client.
✓Obtaining the exact specification and duty of the requirement from the prospective client.
✓Self-generate a reliable technical solution and commercial proposal to tender to the prospective client.
✓Provide back-up technical data and support to client to foster relationship.
✓Manufacturing cost lists Compile estimates together with administrative support.
✓Working with project engineering team through delivery of all orders & follow-up with client on completion.Our ideal candidate will have the below:
✓· Be an enthusiastic self-starter with an enquiring mind and an interest in solving engineering problems.
✓· Shown to have had a proven career to date, preferably in a specialist machinery engineering background, backed-up by practical experience in a manufacturing or process engineering environment.
✓· Ideally holds a qualification in mechanical engineering, such as a degree, HND / HNC.
✓· Hands-on decision maker who can operate independently, reporting as required to the Sales Director responsible for their role.
✓· Previous sales experience is not essential but the candidate must have experienced regular customer contact by way of either project management or account management role.
✓· Maintain a good ongoing relationship in a new customer environment.
