Technical Support Engineer Air Conditioning
Description✓Our client who are well established and leading industrial groups who are currently recruiting for a Technical Support Engineer with vast experience within Air Conditioning and knowledge in refrigeration cycle
✓Technical Support Engineer
✓Survey the market information for new products
✓-Visit exhibitions to investigate new products / market information and report
✓-Attend relevant seminars / meetings of products/sales support software
✓*Support new product development for European market
✓-Support European design development and sales team
✓*Promote new refrigeration products
✓-Introduction of new products highlighting the features and the benefits
✓-Create presentations and enlighten the features and the benefits for customers / distributors
✓Develop & plan actions for existing and sales support software
✓[No software programming background needed].
✓- Benchmark competitors' products/ sales support software and make comparison
✓- Plan, Create sales tools specification.
✓- Collaborate with a software company to develops, troubleshoots and debugs sales support tools
✓Software Programs for software enhancements and new products.
✓Qualification:
✓Degree in Engineering or equivalent
✓Experience, knowledge and skills:
✓*Technical experience in refrigeration and/or air conditioning manufactures/distributors
✓*Experience / knowledge of sales support tools for air conditioner
✓*Knowledge in refrigeration cycle; VRF system; heat pump, commercial refrigeration system;
✓building management system; EU regulations / directives related to air conditioning / heat pump
✓/ refrigeration
✓*Strong interpersonal and communications skills
✓-Fluent written and verbal communication skills in the English language
✓-Multi-tasking
✓-Prioritizing tasks
✓-Strong problem solving skills
✓*Advance knowledge in Microsoft [Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint]
✓-Prepare and make presentation
✓-Analyse operation data of the products
✓Location:
✓Stockley Park, Uxbridge
✓Working Hours:
✓Monday to Friday - 9am - 5pm [35 hours per week, 1 hour lunch break]
