Welder Fabricator
Description✓Major Recruitment are working on the behalf of an international manufacturer to recruit for a Welder Fabricator on a permanent basis, this role will report directly into the Facilities Manager
✓Role: Welder Fabricator
✓Role Type:- Permanent
✓Working Hours:
✓Monday to Thursday 7.30am to 5pm Friday 7.30am - 4pm 44 hours per week [Some overtime may be required to meet business demands]
✓Location: Scunthorpe [Possible multi site - but can be discussed]
✓Pay rate: Upto £34,000 depending upon experience
✓Duties:
✓MIG/TIG Welding / Fabrication of metal points from CAD/Technical drawings for sale display stands
✓Cutting and preparation of steel.
✓Marking, positioning, and welding / fabrication of steel parts.
✓Create products from blueprints or other instructions.
✓Read, understand and follow manufacturing instructions.
✓Perform quality control checks on products.
✓Adhering to Health and Safety at all timesThe Ideal candidate will posses or be able to demonstrate:-
✓Excellent Communication skills written and verbal
✓Ability to read and interpret CAD Drawings
✓Keen eye for detail
✓Team Player but able to work on own initiative
✓Previous experience of Welding and fabrication in a manufacturing environment
