Welder Fabricator
Description✓My busy Chesterfield based client is currently seeking experienced and talented Fabricator Welders & Platers for their impressive, modern facility with immediate effect.
✓DAY-TO-DAY DUTIES INCLUDE:
✓*
✓Working in a heavy engineering environment.
✓*
✓Working from engineering drawings to tight specifications.
✓*
✓Welding and fabrication on bespoke steel fabrications.
✓*
✓Building parts to engineering drawings at a high quality.
✓*
✓Using varied tools, plant and machinery.
✓*
✓Marking out / measuring plate and sections for drilling, cutting and shaping.
✓*
✓Adhering to health and safety procedures.
✓REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
✓*
✓Aptitude for interpretation of engineering drawings and working from scratch
✓*
✓MIG welding, fabricating or plating experience
✓*
✓Dexterity and ablilty to use hand tools / manufacturing tooling
✓*
✓Effective communication skills working as a team player
✓*
✓Good time keeping
✓*
✓Practical problem-solving skills
✓*
✓Strong communication skills
✓Day or night shifts available! Hours of work as follows:
✓*
✓DAYS: Monday - Thursday, 07:00am – 16:00pm & Friday, 07:00am – 12:00pm
✓*
✓NIGHTS: Monday - Thursday, 06:00pm – 06:00am
✓Exciting benefit package includes such things as: health scheme, sick pay, pension, etc…
✓This role is being offered on a ‘temp to perm’ basis and so we are only interested in hearing from candidates looking for long term work.
