✓Do you have experience within a vehicle or mechanical workshop environment? Are you looking to step into a management role offering great autonomy, variety and progression? Do you want to work for an industry leader supplying customers UK wide known for their excellent training, benefits and progression?
✓Due to continued growth, my client is looking for a workshop manager to join and manage the team at their state of the art facility in Swindon
✓The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all maintenance and servicing plans on site
✓You will play a key role to ensure all quality and customer standards are met, supervising and inducting technicians and other workshop staff
✓All machinery and tools within the facility must be kept in working order with external maintenance contractors occasionally needed to be managed and scheduled.
✓You will be working for an established brand within the UK automotive industry with multiple manufacturing and servicing sites across the UK
✓This is a great time to join a company currently employing over 300 staff aiming to continue this busy period of expansion

✓*Experience within a mechanical or automotive workshop environment
✓*HGV or Mechanical engineering qualification is desired but not essential
