✓Responsibilities within your new role
✓As the new Assistant Operations Manager, you will liaise with other Heads of Departments to lead your teams to exceed guest expectations by setting a positive example and by rewarding excellent performance
✓Your responsibility will be to efficiently manage a large team on a day-to-day basis and develop the team to reach its full potential
✓You will also effectively manage the distribution of workload to ensure smooth service at all times
✓On top of this, you will conduct staff training and ensure all Health & Safety procedures are adhered to.
✓Your personality, experience and qualifications
✓We are looking for a proactive and positive Assistant Operations Manager who has previous experience in a similar Duty or Operations Manager role, within a 2-Rossette or higher venue
✓You'll be a highly driven and enthusiastic individual with a proven track record in training and development
✓Above all else, you’ll be passionate about the hospitality industry as well as creating lasting memories for guests.
