✓Responsibilities within your new role
✓As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will have numerous duties to carry out to ensure the smooth running of the restaurant including preparing staff schedules, managing stock levels, taking reservations from customers as well as handling enquiries from guests directly
✓You will also provide assistance to the Restaurant Manager in managing the overall day-to-day running of the establishment including dealing with customer complaints or queries regarding food or service
✓You will lead by example by training new staff members while maintaining high standards throughout all areas of the business including kitchen preparation, cleanliness and presentation standards within the restaurant.
✓Your personality, experience and qualifications
✓A minimum of 6 months of experience in a supervisory role within a bustling restaurant environment is crucial for this position
✓Furthermore, possessing an exceptional understanding of food hygiene regulations and a strong commitment to Health & Safety standards is equally vital.
