✓Recruiting for an Events Bar Manager for a independent countryside location based in Hertfordshire
✓Our client has a busy events schedule where you can managing a team of assistant managers providing top quality service to all guests.
✓The role of Events Bar Manager will involve:
✓* Management of the Bars on a day to day basis.
✓* Leading shifts, including training and motivating the team.
✓* Monitoring and ordering of stock.
✓* Dealing with customer queries and issues.
✓* Ensuring excellent standards of cleanliness and hygiene
✓Requirements for Events Bar Manager:
✓* The successful candidate must have previous bar management experience - experience in a high volume venue is highly desirable
✓* Candidates must have a hands on approach, it is a real team effort and you will be required to serve and work the bars as well as manage
✓* Our successful Bar Manager will work a variety of shifts, on any 5 days from 7, on any day of the year.
