Description✓Our client, one of the largest domiciliary care and support providers in Essex and Suffolk, is currently seeking a Care Registered Branch Manager to join their team based in Essex.
✓The role of the Care Registered Branch Manager is to oversee day-to-day operations of the branch, writing up care plans, and creating a positive working environment for the team.
✓You will be overseeing the recruitment of the carers, marketing and advertising the business in the private sector.
✓Having strong communication skills is a key attribute for this role as you will be working closely / liaising with local authorities on a regular basis.
✓We are looking to hear from personable candidates who have at least 2 years’ experience working as a manager within the healthcare industry.
✓The ideal candidate will have some experience with CQC audits and good commercial awareness.
✓Other requirements of the Care Registered Branch Manager:
✓Must have a NVQ Level 5 or RMA Award.
✓Needs to have gone through a CQC inspections.
✓Have the ability to build relationships with Council and Private referrals.
