✓Responsibilities within your new role
✓As the new Chef de Partie, you will take pride in being responsible for the day-to-day running of a section of the kitchen within the restaurant
✓You will work with senior Chefs at this highly popular hotel to prepare and serve some of the finest ingredients that Scotland has to offer.
✓Within your new role, you will also assist in creating innovative and exciting seasonal dishes and menus, whilst presenting them in a professional manner
✓You will work closely with the kitchen team to also ensure a safe and hygienic working environment.
✓Your personality, experience and qualifications
✓We would love to speak to determined Chefs who have experience in a 2-Rossette environment or higher, and who have a genuine passion for creating delicious dishes for a variety of clientele
✓As an individual you should have excellent attention to detail, possess a positive and enthusiastic attitude and be able to meet targets in a fast-paced environment.
✓Above all else, we are looking for an innovative Chef with the drive and ambition to successfully support a well-established kitchen combined with supporting the journey of younger Chefs to create a strong, dedicated team.
