✓Our client is a spectacular venue and resort where they offer fine dining, a range of outdoor activities and award-winning spa and health club.
✓We are seeking a chef de partie to work across the banqueting and central kitchen.
✓The successful CDP will be able to:
✓* ·Excellent verbal and written communication skills
✓* ·Ability to work under pressure.
✓* ·Ability to quickly learn new recipes.
✓* ·Learn new cooking methods.
✓* ·Ability to problem solve.
✓* ·Able to work with fresh ingredients.
✓* ·Good knife skills
✓* ·Cook and prepare various cuisines and willing to learn new recipes.
