Accommodation can be provided during this period.
* Permanent Breakfast Chef required for a client in Tonbridge, Kent.
* Permanent Sous Chef - 2nd Chef, required for a client in Sevenoaks
Live in is available for this role.

As temporary Head Chef, split shifts are required - Breakfast, being the busiest service and some dinner service

As Sous Chef - 2nd Chef, candidates require a good all-round background to include restaurant service and experience of catering for some conference, wedding and banqueting operations.
As Sous Chef - 2nd Chef, you will assist the Head Chef within a kitchen team to include Kitchen Porters / kitchen Assistants
You will have a passion for training and development of your team which are very important factors.
Shifts: 5 days out of 7 per week
Job responsibilities to include / assist with:
* Control costs through effective forecasting of stock control and wastage / ordering.
* Ensure gross profit targets are met across the financial year.
* Write menus in consultation with the hotel manager.
* Manage the presentation of food sent from the kitchen.
* Manage the cleanliness of the kitchen.
* Take responsibility for the food safety and hygiene management system to secure and maintain rating.
* Comply with company health and safety and fire regulations.
* Maintain an excellent level of attention to detail in busy service periods.
* Maintain an excellent level of communication with the management team.
* Have a flexible working Rota to meet business needs.
* Run an organized kitchen with a good sense of ownership.
* Manage kitchen staff and lead team by example and develop their knowledge.
* Interview potential kitchen staff with management team when required.
* Arrange appraisals for kitchen team as requested.
* Report any maintenance issues to the management team.

As Breakfast Chef, you will need to be reliable, enthusiastic and committed
This role will involve working full time ideally, 5 days per week – early starts as you will be cooking breakfast
5 days over 7 on a rota to include week-ends on a rota.
You will take control of this section in the kitchen and take responsibility for ensuring all breakfast products are kept topped up on the buffet, all prep is complete on a daily basis and follow the standard set by the company.
The salary for:
Head Chef FOR THE TEMPORARY ASSIGNMENT is given as COMPETITIVE
