✓This is a full time, permanent role, averaging 37 Hours per week over 6 days [excluding Mondays].
✓Trilogic Recruitment is seeking a creative Chef to join a popular restaurant in the heart of Old Town, Swindon
✓As the Chef, you will be responsible for menu creation, preparation, and presentation of all dishes, ensuring the highest quality of food and service is provided to customers.
✓The successful candidate will be a self-starter and able to work independently
✓You will be expected to handle all aspects of the kitchen operation, from ordering and inventory management to food preparation and cooking.

✓Key Responsibilities
✓Creating menus and developing new dishes to keep the restaurants offerings fresh and exciting
✓Drives sales through strategic planning and collaboration with management and the owner through menu planning
✓Preparing and cooking dishes to a high standard, ensuring consistency in taste and presentation
✓Managing food costs and inventory, ensuring that stock levels are maintained and waste is minimised
✓Maintaining a clean, safe and organized kitchen environment
✓Complying with food hygiene and health and safety regulations
✓Providing support and training to junior members of the kitchen team as required
✓Work to a set gross profit

✓Certificate in Food Hygiene Level 3 as a minimum
✓High level of personal grooming standards
✓Proven experience as a Chef, ideally in a busy restaurant environment
✓Ability to work independently and take ownership of the kitchen operation
✓Strong creative and culinary skills, with the ability to develop new dishes and menus
✓Knowledge of food hygiene and health and safety regulations
✓Excellent communication and leadership skills
✓A passion for food and a desire to deliver exceptional customer experiences
