✓Salary : £25,000 - £27,000 Per Annum
✓Shifts: Monday - Friday
✓[8:30am -5:30pm] Weekends will be required at time to deliver events

✓The Event Coordinator will be responsible for planning, organising, and executing various types of events, such as conferences, meetings, weddings, parties, fundraisers, and corporate events
✓The role involves managing all aspects of the event from start to finish, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and meets the client's objectives and expectations.
✓Responsibilities Include
✓* Collaborate with clients to understand their event vision and translate it into extraordinary experiences that will leave a lasting impression.
✓* Take charge of all event logistics, from initial planning to execution
✓Prepare detailed event timelines, manage budgets, coordinate vendor relationships, and ensure all necessary permits and licenses are obtained.
✓* Be at the forefront of event trends and technology, constantly seeking ways to enhance the guest experience.
✓* Collaborate with the talented in-house teams, including culinary experts, decorators, and audio-visual technicians, to transform visions into tangible realities.
✓* Develop and manage event budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring cost-effective solutions
✓Monitor financial performance and identify opportunities to optimize resources and generate revenue.
✓* To work with clients [corporate and wedding] to co-ordinate and deliver their onsite events; agreeing requirements, setting expectations and providing effective communication to ensure an excellent event.
✓* To inform internal teams, clearly and proactively, of event requirements and client preferences; working together to ensure a successful outcome for all parties.
✓* To keep the CRM database up to date with client information and correspondence so you and others can use it for business intelligence and client management.
✓* To build successful, professional relationships with clients to understand their particular needs and encourage business development.
✓* Conduct sales show rounds across the property
✓* Prepare and deliver accurate invoices
✓Following up to ensure timely payment and escalating when appropriate.
✓Essential
✓* Experience and passion for delivering high quality events
✓* Organised, detail orientated, able to multi-task and meet deadlines
✓* A real team player
✓* Willing to go above and beyond
✓* Strong computer skills e.g., Microsoft packages, Salesforce etc.
✓* An excellent communicator both written and verbal, a good listener and clearly credible with clients and faculty.
✓Desirable
✓* An Undergraduate [Bachelors] degree in event management or similar
✓* Salesforce or other CRM experience
✓* Commercially aware understanding contracts, pricing, cost implications of decisions etc.
