Events/Bar Manager
Description✓We are looking for an experienced individual who strives to ensure our guests/ members receive good customer service and enjoy a great atmosphere at all times in this newly refurbished area.
✓You will be responsible for the marketing/promotions & financial success of the bar and events
✓Your duties will include events co-ordination club wide, coupled with administrative & leadership and practical tasks
✓The events we already run are, comedy nights, weddings, christenings & formal dinners
✓We also produce meals for football, cricket, squash & rugby teams throughout the year.
✓You should have NVQ level 3 in hospitality/Catering [incl: cellar management] or equivalent.
✓Level 3 Food Hygiene would be desirable, but not essential as we will send you on training to achieve this status
✓You will need to have strong people management and leadership skills.
✓Your KIPS -----
✓To produce and execute an extensive annual events calendar
✓Improve customer service and experience [measured by NPS]
✓Improve Gross Profit Margin
